About Virgin Experience Days:

Virgin Experience Days was launched in March 2001 under the name of Virgin Experience. Originally offering experiences to corporate clients as a way of incentivising staff and customers, the company rapidly expanded to bring the Virgin values of quality, innovation, value for money and fun to the consumer experience gift market.
The summer of 2003 was a real milestone for Virgin Experience. In our continual quest to bring the best experiences and unrivalled service, we joined forces with Acorne Sports. Founded in 1988, Acorne Sports is the original experience company and it’s their stamp of approval that confirms our pedigree and ability to deliver unforgettable experiences. “As written in review just did, it was like a comedy sketch show. Tiny amounts of wine and cheese in a peach coloured hotel basement... Give it a miss unless you'd like the comedic value.”

“Excellent lunch cruise , from Tower Pier upstream to the Houses of Parliament, downstream to Canary Wharf, whilst consuming an excellent lunch and drinking reasonably priced wine! The waiting staff were efficient and friendly. A really memorable experience.”

“Upon arriving at the 2x supercar expierance and high speed passenger ride and photo. The event was poorly organised people were calling out random names repeatedly to take there turn to race for over 30 minutes even though were people ready drive right in front of them. Also the cars I drove were badly damaged Nissan had a windscreen smashed and Ferrari handbrake was broken and wing Mirrors cable tied on. When driving the instructors wouldn't even let me go fast. It is suppose to be a supercar expierance day and I didn't even get above 90 mph. I feel it was a waste of money.”

“The cruise was advertised as 1 hour 45 minutes, but sailing time lasted less than an hour, and 15 minutes of that was treading water at the end. Also, one of the staff members was very rude to us. Quite embarrassing for us really.”

“We have had two trips recently - a trip to the Morgan Factory with afternoon tea, and a theatre trip with dinner. Both were superb, very well organised and well thought out. Congratulations to Virgin Experience Days for your professionalism, from ease of booking to the end result. Well done!”

“Fantastic experience, right from the start. Really easy to book the day. The cars were outstandingly good. Despite the age of the classics, they were in fine shape, enabling me to fully enjoy their great performance. The instructors are clearly highly experienced and quickly assessed my driving capability. They then allowed me to fully use the cars, advising as appropriate. The drives were all I had hoped for and more.”

“I bought 2 of these vouchers and so we were a party of 4. There were limitations on when we could book, essentially making it impossible to plan the dinner in advance for a Friday or Saturday night, they only released these 2 or so days before. This is impossible when coordinating with a group of 4 adults needing to book babysitters in advance. So we went on a Sunday :( The cocktails were nice, the meal was good but the drinks and sides were expensive, so we ended up spending as much money as if we booked via the normal route. A bit of a hoax to fill their tables and do a roaring trade sun-thurs.”

“It wasn't a track it was a simple straight road - you drive up and then you drive down . You are in each car for about 3 minutes absolute maximum - and that doing the 3 laps. You then have to wait around for the next car. The Extra lap with passenger deal is just in a rubbish car-you can't choose! my son was v disappointed after thinking he'd get to go as passenger with his dad in a Lamborghini. I paid over £200 and was driving for maximum of 15 minutes. Thought virgin would be better!”

“Sundowner cruise was late starting and early getting back, about a 1 1/2 hour trip not 2 hours as claimed. Everybody was crammed on the top deck with tables that weren't needed, my legs were crushed by a chair in front of me, couldn't see the views. Escaped to bar, maybe that was the idea, so they could make more money?”
