Virgin Experience Days was launched in March 2001 under the name of Virgin Experience. Originally offering experiences to corporate clients as a way of incentivising staff and customers, the company rapidly expanded to bring the Virgin values of quality, innovation, value for money and fun to the consumer experience gift market.
The summer of 2003 was a real milestone for Virgin Experience. In our continual quest to bring the best experiences and unrivalled service, we joined forces with Acorne Sports. Founded in 1988, Acorne Sports is the original experience company and it’s their stamp of approval that confirms our pedigree and ability to deliver unforgettable experiences. Acorne ’s unrivalled reputation, knowledge and relationship with all of the featured centres made them the perfect partners for Virgin Experience, a company dedicated to making sure customers have the very best time. “Never buy from Virgin Experience Days! They refuse to book experiences even when booking was attempted in accordance with their terms and conditions. They told the gift recipient how much the gift was worth and asked them to pay more. They refused to refund. They then utterly failed to deal with my (valid) complaints and were rude and obstructive - the worst customer service I have ever encountered!”

“I had a great day, it was a present, but I had the option to change it from a single seat drive at silverstone to a rally day in Gloucester but there were many options to choose from. Very good website to use if you need to change.”

“Had a great day but be aware of hidden costs, also book early as the best dates soon get booked up, I would have liked to have gone in the summer months but ealiest date available was October which meant a higher risk of rain and it did and meant driving slower due to the weather.”

“Very easy to use the voucher - for lunch at the Shangri-La at The Shard, and no feeling of being a bargain basement customer. Have a cocktail at the highest bar in Britain on floor 52 - pick your jaw off the floor when you see the view, enjoy the complementary nibbles served with such style and panache and feel like a millionaire ! Exactly the same experience for lunch - superb food, presentation and service. Came home feeling 'What A Day Out' !”

“Please don’t waste your time on this horrible company. You will only be dissapointed. Chances are you’re buying this as a gift. Please don’t get your hopes up that this will make anyone happy. It will only be a completely heartbreaking let down.”
