Virgin Experience Days was launched in March 2001 under the name of Virgin Experience. Originally offering experiences to corporate clients as a way of incentivising staff and customers, the company rapidly expanded to bring the Virgin values of quality, innovation, value for money and fun to the consumer experience gift market.
The summer of 2003 was a real milestone for Virgin Experience. In our continual quest to bring the best experiences and unrivalled service, we joined forces with Acorne Sports. Founded in 1988, Acorne Sports is the original experience company and it’s their stamp of approval that confirms our pedigree and ability to deliver unforgettable experiences. Acorne ’s unrivalled reputation, knowledge and relationship with all of the featured centres made them the perfect partners for Virgin Experience, a company dedicated to making sure customers have the very best time. By teaming up, we are able to challenge the way every experience is provided and offer once-in-a-lifetime gifts backed up by friendly service staff with first-hand knowledge.

“The treatments and afternoon tea were fab but it wasn’t a spa day as such. In between these two things there was only one chair free in the spa so we showered and left and then came back later for tea. Feels like a misleading experience”

“A pleasant trip up the shard to take a view of London from a different perspective. Very helpful customer focused staff at the shard made the experience easy and professional. Go direct and cut out the rude, unhelpful, crass staff of virgin would be my recommendation.”

“A superb morning at Woburn Safari Park. Worth every penny of the fee. My photos show we always we in position to take the best photographs. Will return again in the future, that says it all really.”

“Guernsey Day trip terrible. Ferry cancelled by Condor Ferries, who have a local reputation for these cancellations. Left to chase up refund, having previously had to chase company twice to get right spelling of surname on booking confirmation. Will never use company again.”

“I have used virgin experience a fair few times now. Some are a great and someare not but that's down to the location themselves and not virgin. 9 times out of 10 the booking process is really simple. It does work out more expensive most of the time however the convivence and choice is fantastic.”
