Virgin Experience Days was launched in March 2001 under the name of Virgin Experience. Originally offering experiences to corporate clients as a way of incentivising staff and customers, the company rapidly expanded to bring the Virgin values of quality, innovation, value for money and fun to the consumer experience gift market.
The summer of 2003 was a real milestone for Virgin Experience. In our continual quest to bring the best experiences and unrivalled service, we joined forces with Acorne Sports. Founded in 1988, Acorne Sports is the original experience company and it’s their stamp of approval that confirms our pedigree and ability to deliver unforgettable experiences. Acorne ’s unrivalled reputation, knowledge and relationship with all of the featured centres made them the perfect partners for Virgin Experience, a company dedicated to making sure customers have the very best time. “Booking process was painless compared with other voucher experiences I've used. We could travel on our first choice date. Comms from Condor was first rate. Great weather allowed us to make the most of the crossing up on deck. We arrived a few minutes early and were soon in St Peter Port with time to walk around. Most shops are closed on a Sunday but a good selection of bars & restaurants were open for lunch. It would have been nice to have longer ashore to explore more. Maybe next time!”

“Absolutely fantastic package. (Jetboat on Thames and 3 courses meal and cocktail at Marco Pierre White's London Steakhouse). All info needed was detailed throughout the validating process and on the tickets. Honestly couldn't have asked for more. Great day out and absolutely fantastic food!! Will definitely be using virgin experience days again!”

“Second experience day we have been on and both have been really good. Would highly recommend these as it opens up experiences that you probably not normally do. Great variety and have not had an issue booking dates as yet. Will do again.”

“Not the place for afternoon tea. Poor , slow and lacklustre service. Average food. That we had to chase for our teas...not given any choices. Ended up with Yorkshire gold. Had better many places before.”

“We had a death in the family two days before we were to depart to MOTO GP. Had rang on the friday prior to say the relative (sister) was ill and had only been given days to live. Girl on other end of phone was adamant no refund, no cancellation. Asked that these were unforeseeable circumstance. Still reply policy is no refund no cancellation. At the end of phone call her reply was have a nice day. During the phonecall I was finding it very difficult to speak as I was crying. I feel you staff need to be taught a bit of customer ettique.”

“Despite the atrocious weather on the day of our experience, it was made up by the quality of service received! We had an Oxford River Cruise followed by dinner at The Folly, and the food was just amazing! Totally worth the money paid, and will buying more vouchers for the family!”
