About Virgin Experience Days:

Virgin Experience Days was launched in March 2001 under the name of Virgin Experience. Originally offering experiences to corporate clients as a way of incentivising staff and customers, the company rapidly expanded to bring the Virgin values of quality, innovation, value for money and fun to the consumer experience gift market.
The summer of 2003 was a real milestone for Virgin Experience. In our continual quest to bring the best experiences and unrivalled service, we joined forces with Acorne Sports. Founded in 1988, Acorne Sports is the original experience company and it’s their stamp of approval that confirms our pedigree and ability to deliver unforgettable experiences. Acorne ’s unrivalled reputation, knowledge and relationship with all of the featured centres made them the perfect partners for Virgin Experience, a company dedicated to making sure customers have the very best time. By teaming up, we are able to challenge the way every experience is provided and offer once-in-a-lifetime gifts backed up by friendly service staff with first-hand knowledge.

“Virgin Sales rep gave me incorrect information about the duration of a flight I was interested in purchasing for my son. She told me on TWO separate occasions that my son would have 60 mins behind the controls. She even confirmed this in writing by email. My son actually only received 30 mins - exactly half of what they promised BEFORE I paid my money. I raised this with them and they refused to refund or provide another voucher, simply apologising 'for the confusion'. They then blocked me on Twitter. What a joke of a company. Avoid them at all costs. I'm doing a chargeback to get my money back from them. Absolute disgrace with incompetent staff.”

“I treated my friend to a hot stone massage followed by a champagne lunch and topped off with a comedy night. It was a bit of an ordeal to put together but a truly wonderful and unforgettable experience!”

“This was a well organised event. The session lasted approx. 2 hours. Book your evening as soon as you get the voucher as sessions fill up quick. There were 8 very different wines to taste. 2 white one rose one prosecco 3 red and a sweet white to finish (which was suprisingly pleasant and not something I would normally try). We tested our sense of smell with a table quiz followed by the tasting. Half way through the tasting we learned about what makes the wine what it is. A good evening”
