About Virgin Experience Days:

Virgin Experience Days was launched in March 2001 under the name of Virgin Experience. Originally offering experiences to corporate clients as a way of incentivising staff and customers, the company rapidly expanded to bring the Virgin values of quality, innovation, value for money and fun to the consumer experience gift market.
The summer of 2003 was a real milestone for Virgin Experience. In our continual quest to bring the best experiences and unrivalled service, we joined forces with Acorne Sports. Founded in 1988, Acorne Sports is the original experience company and it’s their stamp of approval that confirms our pedigree and ability to deliver unforgettable experiences. “I wasn't sure what to expect. The tour was very informative, not to detailed for those that are new to cricket, guide very friendly and knowledgable. Wonderful surroundings, the ability to move around the ground during the day was great. It meant we could move out of sun, different view of play. Minor points afternoon tea was lovely, but only half of the guests were able to sit at tables. We had to sit outside in the ground seating. There was room for more tables to be set. Few other food choices open although there were lots there.”

“Jet boat on the Thames was a fantastic trip ! Highly recommend it as it was so much fun and loved the Hugh speed bit and was just great to view the sites from the Thames”

“Have had a few Virgin gift experience vouchers, 2 of those were great and I’d recommend, however 1 of them was not so good and wouldn’t look at twice now. Good variety of experiences and simple and easy to book.”

“Well we had 2 treatments at Tamworth . I went in five mins late for my 45 mins of treatment and came out 5 mins early so that is poor i even had to ask for our presecco on the way out the building which the guy thought i was lying and said i will let you have it this time .i would not recommend this as a gift unless you want to disappoint somebody.So basically save your money and do something else.We were really disappointed.”

“I paid for the evoque convertable experience for my daughters 16th birthday, she had to wait 6 months for a booking and when we got there they only had 1 convertible and it was for someone else. Not recomended, not happy.”

“The expiry date of these and availability is real problem. id advise not to buy a driving experience voucher, just pay with cash instead. Cash doesn't expire. These companies exploit expiry dates to their own advantage. I went to book but no availability until later in the year, meaning my voucher would expire. I've had no choice but to extend the voucher at a cost of £20. Kerching!”

Hi there, please do accept our sincere apologies in regards to the delay of our response. We do advise of the validity period prior to purchase and we do also print the expiry date on the physical voucher so that this can be seen and the customer does know of the date that it would need to be booked and used by. As driving experiences do have seasons that they are able to drive in and are extremely popular, this may have been the reason as to why you was unable to make a booking. “Such an interesting experience visiting Bletchley Park - & afternoon tea an added bonus! Too much to see & do in one day but tickets are valid for 1 year so return free anytime. Excellent 1 hour conducted tour on arrival- recommended. Lots to see under cover if wet, but nice to enjoy the grounds (picnics etc) if weather good enough. Afternoon tea was genteel & unrushed. Will return!”

“Have tried to contact them for two days and emailed. Complete waste of time. I have made around 14 calls and waited all for nothing. I won 20% discount on their site and it doesn't work either!!”
