Virgin Experience Days was launched in March 2001 under the name of Virgin Experience. Originally offering experiences to corporate clients as a way of incentivising staff and customers, the company rapidly expanded to bring the Virgin values of quality, innovation, value for money and fun to the consumer experience gift market.
The summer of 2003 was a real milestone for Virgin Experience. In our continual quest to bring the best experiences and unrivalled service, we joined forces with Acorne Sports. Founded in 1988, Acorne Sports is the original experience company and it’s their stamp of approval that confirms our pedigree and ability to deliver unforgettable experiences. Acorne ’s unrivalled reputation, knowledge and relationship with all of the featured centres made them the perfect partners for Virgin Experience, a company dedicated to making sure customers have the very best time. “My boyfriend and I had so much fun on the helicopter tour. The staff and pilot were amazing and the views were incredible. Only annoyance was the 45 minute wait at the start but apart from that everything was wonderful”

“Pretty uninspiring to be honest. I wouldn't call a 2014 wine "vintage" but perhaps that's my opinion. The wines were ok, one of the reds was lovely but the environment wasn't great. Tables for 4 and we were a 2 so we got sat with two strangers which led to a very awkward few minutes of small talk. They were a lovely couple but would have been nice to know what to expect. They tried to sell us wines at silly prices! We were sat at the back, couldn't hear the lady talking. Not worth the money”

“Frigging awesome!!!!! I'm scared of everything and trust me this is scary but OMG as soon as your adrenaline kicks in, you forget how scared you were and just join in on the fun. I would recommend this to anyone who is a zombie/adrenaline junkie. The guys who run this are very friendly and really make the experience with their storyline :)”

“Excellent organisation and very helpful as a ferry service. Journey was very smooth and not stressful in any way. Guernsey was a very enjoyable destination with superb views and a lovely stroll.”

“It was cancelled because the local company which operates the experience went into liquidation and those people who sold me the experience had not noticed anything was wrong.”

“The voucher was a gift from our daugter that was special in itself. We used it for my husbands 70th birthday for the two of us as we are a long way from our family i wanted it to be special for him. And it was . The pomp you walk into from the time you pull up in the car park to the loo you will spend a penny in , you are steeped in luxury. We shall never forget the exsperance or the staff who made us welcome.”

“Could not contact the racing company to arrange. Website down. Called Virgin and they explained that the company had gone into administration. Virgin agreed to refund but then sent vouchers. I have paid for a service Virgin could not provide. Not acceptable to send me a voucher. Will continue to ask for money back.”

“steam train exp. ref 3580151 spa valley steam train, booking not confirmed? e-mails unanswered? completely unhappy would neither book again or recommend to anyone service complete rubbish as this was a potential mothers day gift from my daughter I have advised her to seek a total refund which is a disappointment for her, I personally am disgusted”
