About Virgin Experience Days:

Virgin Experience Days was launched in March 2001 under the name of Virgin Experience. Originally offering experiences to corporate clients as a way of incentivising staff and customers, the company rapidly expanded to bring the Virgin values of quality, innovation, value for money and fun to the consumer experience gift market.
The summer of 2003 was a real milestone for Virgin Experience. In our continual quest to bring the best experiences and unrivalled service, we joined forces with Acorne Sports. Founded in 1988, Acorne Sports is the original experience company and it’s their stamp of approval that confirms our pedigree and ability to deliver unforgettable experiences. Acorne ’s unrivalled reputation, knowledge and relationship with all of the featured centres made them the perfect partners for Virgin Experience, a company dedicated to making sure customers have the very best time. By teaming up, we are able to challenge the way every experience is provided and offer once-in-a-lifetime gifts backed up by friendly service staff with first-hand knowledge.

Got a Question?

What band of seating can you book for Harry Potter and the cursed child
Asked by Gary (1 year ago)
I have a combined hotel and steam train ride booked. Hotel is limited on when I can get a booking to coincide with days that the steam train actually runs. I managed to sort a date and could get a hotel booking but I cant book on line with Spa Valley Railway for the train ride..I get the generated response that my voucher isn't valid and can't get anyone to talk to.

I have a Virgin Experience voucher that doesn't expire until 6th February. When I looked a few weeks ago I had the option to exchange it for another experience. Now I only have the option to extend the date on the voucher for a cost of £20! Is it not possible to swap for a different experience as I cant make the venue on my current voucher
Asked by Debbie Rowson (6 years ago)
Hi Debbie, thanks for getting in touch. As our vouchers do have to be booked and used by the expiry date printed on them, the online exchange process will automatically ask you to extend your voucher if there is less than four weeks validity left on it. This is because most of our experiences require at least four weeks prior notice to ensure there are available dates, so we need to make sure you have enough time to use it before you exchange. Thank you.

what is /is not covered by your 'Cancellation Indemnity' Potential order for Bread Making course at River Cottage in June
Asked by A Gatehouse (7 years ago)
Hello, thank you for your question. Our Cancellation Indemnity is in place to protect our customers from losing out on their experience through no fault of their own. If something happens before the experience takes place, or you are unable to take part due to things such as illness, then you are covered. The main inclusions are as follows: Death, bodily injury or illness by you or a close relative/friend/business associate. Quarantine/Jury Service. Failure of public/personal transport en route to the experience. As with any insurance you will need evidence of the reasons behind your non attendance, such as a medical certificate. The main exclusions are: Pre existing or degenerative conditions, pregnancy, intentional self injury or any AIDS related illnesses. Thank you!
