Virgin Experience Days was launched in March 2001 under the name of Virgin Experience. Originally offering experiences to corporate clients as a way of incentivising staff and customers, the company rapidly expanded to bring the Virgin values of quality, innovation, value for money and fun to the consumer experience gift market.
The summer of 2003 was a real milestone for Virgin Experience. In our continual quest to bring the best experiences and unrivalled service, we joined forces with Acorne Sports. Founded in 1988, Acorne Sports is the original experience company and it’s their stamp of approval that confirms our pedigree and ability to deliver unforgettable experiences. Acorne ’s unrivalled reputation, knowledge and relationship with all of the featured centres made them the perfect partners for Virgin Experience, a company dedicated to making sure customers have the very best time. By teaming up, we are able to challenge the way every experience is provided and offer once-in-a-lifetime gifts backed up by friendly service staff with first-hand knowledge.

My daughter gifted me a wine tasting experience, was a great day out/ road trip we spent the day touring the local area,”

“This depends on which experience as they all go to independent booking agencies. Harry Potter studios was incredible but golden yours the booking agency were terrible. They had even lost our tickets when we got there!!!”

“we had the bateaux London cruise with afternoon tea.we recieved our table number waiting to board the boat.our table number did not exists. so no table.stood there while everybody was being seated.we had to sit at the back of the boat with the wedding parties ECT.very noisy.whilst up the front end of the boat the other people had the nice music from a piano player.waitess dropped glasses and champagne dropped on a lady sitting to the side of me.didnt get a cup of tea until later.although our order was taken twice.very disappointed with this as it was a Christmas gift from our son”

“Great tour with a brilliant guide. Very entertaining trip for two non-Potter fans plus a 13 year old expert. Our guide (Alex I think) had been drafted in at the last minute but wowed is with facts and treats from the films plus additional snippets from other areas of TV. Well done!”
