AS usual I am more than happy to book with Virgin Atlantic for the trip to the USA.My wife is registered disabled and although wheel chair assistance is not normally required you have always been more than helpful in securing a speedy check-in and I hope this continues. Entertainment on board is the best we have experienced which is important on a long haul flight

Virgin holidays was the best of numerous websites i looked on for our holiday. price we paid was the same the whole way through unlike rivals .Refreshing using the site

The first time I tried to book my holiday I got an error message saying information was missing and too ring 0800 123 164 which kept failing as unrecognised. I waited 20 minutes and did my booking again which went through without issue.

We have flown a few times with virgin and have never had a reason or cause to complain, crew have always been polite and friendly, even in Economy class, we flew with BA in February this year, but we felt forgotten, there was no interaction from the crew, so returned to fly with Virgin again.

I always try and fly with Virgin where possible, from the airplanes to the service it is top notch, I could not rate them any higher. Example, Booked my 21st to NY, the hotel put me and my friend in a double room with 1 bed, a little awkward but Virgin sorted it out and got us a twin room. Always Fly Virgin!

I always use Virgin Holidays for going to Disney, as the whole package is nothing short of fantastic and so easy to book. No extras for baggage, great aircraft for kids, car included and the best staff. One year at Christmas we lost track of time out there and were on a ride at some theme park when we should have been on the flight home!!!! the mess we caused was just swept aside by the excellent staff, they sorted the extra night at the hotel and the car hire and managed during there busiest time to get us on a flight home. I will always use Virgin.

This is our third holiday and flight with Virgin, based on cost and service we wouldn't book with any other holiday company

I have travelled with Virgin before, and I think that they offer good value for money, and the name Virgin is one you can trust. I found it easy to book this holiday, the process was not very complex.

Virgin succeeds where everyone else fails... Tried booking online with Thomas Cook, in store, and then online (twice). I even tried to pay them.... FAIL Decided to stop messing around with half baked companies and use Virgin. BOOKED! Can't wait! Thanks to Richard in his team! Great Job Again!

I recently booked a holiday and flights to Barbados through Virgin Holidays on line. When my e ticket arrived the booking reference was 7 letters/numbers long, in order to book seats you need a 6 figures. So I called a number i found on your website, I was on hold for around 25 minutes. To my surprise I was told that I would never have got the number I needed and would always have had to call? This is due to virgin holidays and Virgin Atlantic using different booking numbers? Makes little sense to me when I booked on line? If i wanted to spend significant amounts of time on the telephone I would have booked through this method. Whilst on the call I booked extra legroom seats, costing £120. I received an email and the seats have been booked on the wrong flight. Again I will have to call up and go through the hassle of being on hold and re-booking the seats. Why I have booked on line I do not know it certainly has n't been without problems. In addition we have spent a lot of money on this holiday and had a choice of airlines, foolishly we thought Virgin would be a good idea as previous flights have been fine, however these were n't booked via virgin holidays. For your information I spoke to Kay from South Africa when booking my seats. I would like you try and offer some explanation to the issues I have raised as I feel annoyed about this when a holiday is supposed to be stress free.

I have been looking for a luxury holiday for some time and could not decide where to go I then drifted into Virgin Holidays website and found an amazing deal. To be honest I never looked at Virgin because I just assumed they would be expensive "how wrong was I" I hovered around the usual holiday companies like Lastminute.com etc but once everything was added on I was paying just the same money for a First Choice Holiday Village as I was going to Dubai or NY with Virgin. Excellent value for money, the kids cant believe they are going to be staying on The Palm.
