“I'm frankly too scared to move my isa elsewhere in case they screw it up. I can't read anything they send me as its in extra-small print. But it's impossible to get through when you call them to ask for large print.
Annoyed they closed the virgin lounges without bothering to tell customers, used to be a nice little perk.
