“The service that Jenny provided was invaluable. If it wasn’t for her we would not have received the visa for travel. She is a true professional and extremely knowledgeable in her job. “Ваша сотрудница Кларисс оказалась совершенно некомпетентна. Она посоветовала мне подготовить кучу ненужных документов и дала е-мэйл посольства, вот и все, в чем заключалась ее помощь. В дальнейшем оказалось, что это не то посольство, в которое мне нужно было обращаться, на что она мне ответила разбираться самой. В итоге я потратила время и кучу денег, а визу так и не получила. Я потребовала вернуть мне деньги, но Кларисс настаивает, что консультацию она мне провела и документы проверила, и согласилась вернуть только визовый сбор.”

“We first did our homework and searched a visa provider with some good reviews! We tried two others but VisaHQ responded promptly and efficiently. They answered quickly the few more detailed and particular questions and especially Iryna Opanasiuk who responded almost immediately and helped and guided us through to submission.
