“Hi, My name is Katalin Pellissier. I am a USA and Hungarian citizen. I am living in California. My family member, (my niece)is going to Cuba with a tourist group of people. I would like to meet her there,and travel with her group. I would like to fly to Cuba. I need a permit, or visa. Can I use my Hungarian passport in this case? Can I ask a license from the State Department? I am not sure what I supposed to do.”

“The experience would have been "VERY GOOD" if only you would not make me fill out endless pages and questions JUST TO COLLECT INFORMATION on me. As I found out NONE of those questions/answers will ever get sent to the embassy I was applying to and they don't require it. So shame on you for pretending to need all that information from me. Very unprofessional and feels very much like an invasion of privacy. I should check if it is even aligned legally. The rest of the process was good and the agents I dealt with were great.”

“I am extremely disappointed by the services of VisaHQ. I applied for a visa to the U.S. some guy named Faizal was alloted to me for processing VISA. Visa already arrived at the office but Faizal told us that it didn't come. When we went to the office to enquire, we came to know that the visa arrived 2 days back only. Because of his negligence we missed our flight. Never apply for visa using VisaHQ in an emergency. They will take you for granted and in return, you will end up missing your flight.”

Hi Subhanshu, Thanks for reaching out to VisaHQ. I would like to personally apologize for the problems you've experienced with your recent order. I've reached out to Mohammed Faizel regarding the situation and learned some additional information. Upon visa approval, a VisaHQ staff member went to collect the document. The USA -OFC Center stated that the passport was still at the consulate. Our team has personally contacted the support center and visited the U.S. consulate in Chennai. The consulate seems to have listed the old passport number in the tracking details, so no tracking information is available. Although our staff went 5 times to pick-up the passport, they were consistently told the document was still at the consulate. If you have further questions regarding the situation, don't hesitate to contact Mohammed at mohammed.faizal@visahq.in. “Unfortunately getting our visas was a protracted process which became very stressful. Eventually, the team members were helpful to completion. The cost is ridiculously high especially when on the Visa itself it says the cost is $25 - you charge the best part of $150. It seems that all visa agencies are in the rip-off business.”

“Excellent service. Best way to communicate is the chat function...they don't really answer calls in NYC. When I dropped off my paperwork, the office staff was efficient and very helpful answering all my questions. They delivered my visa with 3 days as promised. Highly recommend them.”
