“I had a teacher leading me through the application process but it was streamline and simple enough to get through. The application was also processed in a few days which was great.”

“My visa wasn't straight forward but still it went through efficiently and successfully. I wasn't sure everything had submitted correctly online but I was able to confirm via phone call (in Australia!).”

“You were efficient and informative but sometimes the communication was difficult in terms of timing but also more to do with perhaps the difference of accents when on the phone. The telephone line was a bit hazy and the women I spoke to had an accent I wasn’t very familiar with but other than that she did a great job in getting everything I needed done.”

“Questions were answered promptly and I was notified when the documents arrived at the consulate and were picked up and sent shipping information for the return. It did have a longer turn around time than advertised though.”

Unfortunately, however, our team has no control over processing times and consular requests once applications are delivered to the appropriate embassy or consulate. We do everything in our power to make sure our clients' applications are approved quickly; our estimated processing times are based on information provided by each government agency, but we cannot account for delays on their end.
