“Here my story with you guys , I submitted my application in 6th of Oct to get south sudan visa , the documents as you requested from me , and after few days you ask for more documents and after other few days you ask for more documents , why from beginning not asking me all what you need, and you say you submitted my application and now it's already 34 days and you ask again for new booking confirmation of my hotel , I lost the business deal , because of you , very poor quality service Tourist E-visa to South Sudan for BELAL BAJOUK 122409.88 KZT Your visa decision has been made The authorities of South Sudan has approved/denied your visa. Your visa will be sent to you shortly on your email. Nov 5, Saturday, 2:01 Visa has been submitted The authorities South Sudan has accepted your application for processing We have prepared your application for submission to the authorities of South Sudan and will notify you shortly whether it was accepted Nov 10, Thursday, 1:04 pause_circle_filled We would like to inform you that there are problems with the application Please resolve it as soon as possible to avoid any delays Oct 17, Monday, 5:32 check_circle Your documents were received by our team and we're reviewing what has been sent. “It’s a scam! Told me I need to get a visa to Morocco but unfortunately it’s not needed anymore. They just got my money! The attached photo below isn’t a visa. It’s a public health form we submitted during application.”

“So I applied for a visa to Algeria which is said to be a difficult visa to obtain and Visahq got it done! Kenyatta and Alan were extremely helpful through out the entire process. I was worried because I had seen some bad reviews in other places but I just went with it and I am so glad I did.”

“I applied for Indian tourist visa, but due to my nationality I was not able to get e-visa. So they said they will refund the money, but more than one month has passed and I have not got anything and whenever I send them email, they apologize and say that their team will process it shortly. I am not satisfied with their service at all.”

“Visa HQ to the rescue... I am a pretty experienced international traveller so I normally get my e-Visa directly from the national consulate. Kenya has been very prompt in delivering e-Visas so I was dismayed when I had difficulty with their electronic payment system. Efforts to resolve the problem were fruitless so I turned to VisaHQ. They were very helpful as they have been in the past. I had my Kenya visa within 24 hours. Thanks VisaHQ”

“Providing incorrect information. They advised me for my inquiry, they could not do documents for the country I requested and that I needed to contact the embassy. They provided me the "information" of the embassy, but the website and email did not work. Very poor customer service.”
