“The overall experience was good … The "Tourist" portion of the drop down menu needs to be the default not the "Business/Work" - the cost was high for trips where more than one country stops requires the Visa - in the case of a New Zealand Visa, there are no documents required to be uploaded but there is no notice to indicate that so you are left wondering what is required. Country identification requested needs to be explained that in fact, it is a Passport number they require (New Zealand again). Staff response was good.”

“BEWARE!!!! You really don’t need a third party to do this for you. I applied for a visa to Ghana. I was charged for a 5yr and received a 1yr( totally up to the Ghanaian embassy) I emailed and asked for the difference in cost and they said they were unable to return. I was also charged a 5 dollar fee for a money order, however they had my credit card info. ( so why the extra fee) Word to the wise, JUST SKIP THIS STEP AND JUST GO STRAIGHT TO EMBASSIES WEBSITE. They charge you an extra fee to process ($99) to be exact. The actual website for the embassy is just one fee for the visa no additional fees... I WONT USE THEM AGAIN AND I CATION YOU TO DO THE SAME.....”

Our team provides valuable services, such as driving to the embassy or consulate, waiting in line, and double-checking paperwork for accuracy. “The process itself was easy and quick. But I had to call back multiple times for updates on the status of my application and had to fill the application form manually and sign and send due to technical issue on your website.”

“The visa specialist is not fully knowledgeable and conversant with the requirements and tries to evade the questions. He gave wrong information regarding Chile embassy contact details. Finally with repeated phone calls and emails I could get the job done.”

“not recommended and avoid at all cost. I applied for a multiple entry Philippines visa, VisaHQ charged me full amount and sent confirmation but the actual visa was single entry. I relied on their confirmations and went to airport and got detained because of VisaHQ negligence. It caused me a great deal of financial loss and three days at the airport. It has been a horrible experience.”

In reviewing your situation, I see that you were issued a refund for the cost difference between a multiple entry visa and a single entry visa. Unfortunately, our team has no control over visa validity; that is determined solely at the discretion of consular officials and there is no guarantee you will receive the validity for which you initially applied. “The site does not flag unacceptable entries, one of which was that Singapore had to be the nominated residence when application was made. It just made me go round in circles! The help team initially wasn’t able to help despite a dozen exchanges over 2weeks, until Harrison identified the problem.”
