Hi, Sorry for following harsh feedback, my experience on recent Germany visa application was very poor w.r.t. Local Agency who were done visa in past for following 1. Poor Reponses time had to do personal follow up so many times and it was task itself to get visa done from your agency. 2. Courier from agency to pick the documents was not done and I need to personally courier it on my expenses 3. It was tedious job for arranging tickets, insurance also then submit it so coordinating with HR/Admin at our place, then your contact person, and other agency Egencia for these documents 4. I could not found any value to do this task with your agency again as need to spend so much time follow up, co ordination, call your person, text him etc. My mail box is full with so many mails on topic and follow up! 5. Already given feedback to team to reconsider this way of working. and was talked to your contact person given feedback. I hope you have better solution to offer otherwise we need to find alternative. Was not impressed with the services. Visa specialist was not helpful and could not even clarify reasons for rejection after insisting flight and hotel be booked prior to submission.

This was the worst Experience i have met with Visa companies. My order takes more than one month and there was delay from your side as mentioned by the embassy . Second thing i was expecting to receive one years visa as mentioned in your website , but i get only one month and half. i will never apply to this company again and i will also share this experience online.

I had the most terrible experience with this company. The people treating you are extremely lazy and inefficient. My family got Singapore visa in 2 days, however they took 28 days for me and still asking more documents. I have to cancel the application at the last minute. The representative were non responsive. They do not take your emails seriously. They do not get on calls and most importantly getting you’re just one customer for them among the bunch. I am not sure if I’ll be able to travel but I sure will not be using this company in future. Please take care of these points.

Very inefficient customer service (chat and email). They still charged the full fee for making an internet booking with the consulate where we had to personally submit our documents. What a useless service and a scam

Really bad service i paid £93.80 online and i thought they will give appointment but they said i need to post all of my document after few hours i realized i can apply directly from embassy i emailed and called them to cancel application it was less than 24 hours they told me first cancellation fee is £12 but they emailed me and told me will refund only £67 :((( which is not fair and i don't recommend to anyone

My request was received by Rachit Gupta from your team. The service provided by Rachit was extremely bad. He was not responsive over mails and calls several times. Due to this I could not get an early VISA appointment slot which led to so many re-paperwork and confusions. Please educate your team with the urgency and professional ethics going forward.

It took forever to get me the visa. By that time i already got one myself from the embassy. The price they asked for was double the cost of the actual visa, fair enough if they were quick, but they were extremely slow.

Pathetic Customer service. The customer service was talking over me, literally angry rant and not letting me talk. I was calling to get the info that I didn't know and expected a more polite service. Of course, I finally managed to get all the information required but after a hard time. The CS was Gavin Durst.

Visa HQ filled incorrect details in my form and hence the form was rejected for UK Visa. Due to this, I want refund of the amount of fees given to Visa HQ.

This was literally the worst service of my entire life. I spent hours of my time and thousands of my dollars and all of that was wasted because of VisaHQ. I had to cancel my trip because people at your company couldn't communicate with each other about a change in my itinerary, then when I spoke to someone about it, it took two days to get a response and there's still been no resolution. Again, I've done a ton of work with many service companies and I have never once had a worse experience.
