“Had to re submit the same passport photo twice for no logical reason was a bit stressful could have been much more smooth hope this improves.”

“I thought the service overall was good. my only feedback: I ordered the same day courier but the courier service was having some trouble so visa HQ arranged overnight courier, I was not re-funded for this (overnight is cheaper than same day) and it made me concerned I wouldn't get my visa in time.”
