“I tried going through the Indian Government website to obtain my travel visa and it was very confusing. I struggled for 2 days to get all the documents uploaded and the form submitted but it wasn’t working. My mom, who works for a travel agency, recommended VisaHQ and I was so impressed! The site was easy to navigate and the turnaround time was amazing! I will not only continue to use VisaHQ myself, but I have already recommended it to my friends who are going on this trip as well.”

“This was literally the worst service of my entire life. I spent hours of my time and thousands of my dollars and all of that was wasted because of VisaHQ. I had to cancel my trip because people at your company couldn't communicate with each other about a change in my itinerary, then when I spoke to someone about it, it took two days to get a response and there's still been no resolution. Again, I've done a ton of work with many service companies and I have never once had a worse experience.”

“Did both an electronic Visa and a China pspt. I sent in a note asking if a refund could be processed since I didnt need expedited processing and I rec'd the answer within 24 hours. I am a travel agent so I will reccomend you to clients based upon my favorable experience.”

“My son & I applied for our visas to China through VisaHQ. We received amazing service. Josephine and all of the staff at VisaHQ were respectful and helpful every step of the way, from our 1st meeting at VisaHQ through the additional process of my having to apply for a new US passport, after the China Consulate rejected my application for a visa. There was blue ink on several pages of my US passport and the consulate considered it damaged. However, the US Department of State did not consider my passport damaged. Josephine guided me as to the proper application to use that saved me from having to make multiple trips to the US Depart of State. I now have my new US passport and China visa in hand. Josephine's knowledge, experience, guidance and care during this stressful process was incredible. I cannot thank her enough!”

“Fantastic service so quick and efficient I posted off my documents on Saturday I had an email on Monday saying all had been received on Tuesday I received an email saying my passport was on the way back with my visa which I had in my hand by 12.30pm Wednesday, I have no hesitation in reccomending this service and I will definitely be using it in the future”
