“Da hat gar nichts funktioniert. Nach der Zahlung bin ich nicht weitergekommen. Hatte dann hilfe vom Chat. Habe die Formulare 4mal ausgefüllt.. jedesmal bestätigt... dann kam ich müsse nochmals alles ausfüllen 🤷‍♂️ am besten war als ich ziemlich genervt war, bekam ich eine Bewertungsanfrage 🙈 da ist sie. Kann ich nicht empfehlen. Auf der offiziellen guverment Seite gings dann 2 Tage und ich hatte das Visa. Zum Schluss zahle ich noch Gebühren für das Disaster..... No go !!!!!”

“VisaHQ is a class act! The customer service is impeccable! Virgil, from VisaHQ, walked me through my visa application for Australia. He was knowledgeable, patient and detailed. Virgil went above and beyond expectations. What I thought was going to be a daunting process, went quicker than I thought. VisaHQ processed my visa smoothly and quickly, since I provided all the documents they needed. The times I called the 1-800 number, Virgil was quick to respond. My emails were responded quickly by Aimee. Going forward, I will use VisaHQ for my travels needs. I have already told my friends and family!”

“Hi VisaHQ, your visa refund process is the worst. I have cancelled my application after 2 emails due to our visa reasons, and it's been a month. I received an incorrect refund amount, and now no one is helping and saying that this is the refund which contradicts the initially discussed refund amount. And they are not even responding now to the emails Mara Radeline Bathan was consultant ( we did not even start the process)”
