“My application was initiated and put together by Victoria Georgieva and I was served by Fahad Ali on the day of my application at the centre. I was really pleased with their services. Fahad was really prompt, organised and very attentive. Victoria checked all the documents and got them right in order. She always replied to me promptly throughout the process.”

“My friend and I are planning to travel to Pakistan. Pakistan requires detailed information from you, you can also apply directly on the Pakistan government website. It’s cheaper but absolutely not worth it! My friend took the cheaper route and is still waiting for an approval from Pakistan. I did mine with VisaHQ and had a visa in my hands in less than 48 hours. My friend has been waiting 2 weeks now... still nothing... use VisaHQ. unless you like long waits and terrible submission platforms.”

“My husband and I need visas for an upcoming trip. I had searched several websites, all of which were confusing and none of which disclosed the fees. Costco suggested we try VisaHQ and it was a great experience. Only minor problem was a mistake on my part. After completing the application for my eVisa, the site prompted "new application". I should have realized that was if I needed another visa for a different country. I started to fill out the information for my husband and included my credit card information before I realized my mistake. Since I hadn’t uploaded another photo or passport page, I stopped and logged off so the application was incomplete. After starting over, I was able to complete my husband’s application. I contacted VisaHQ and left a voicemail message but also started a telephone chat to resolve the problem. Within a short time, I received a call back from customer service and the mistaken charge was credited to my account. We received our eVisas the next day. Terrific experience.”

“VISAHQ was unable to confirm the application location of either Washington DC or Chicago for an Indonesian Single Entry Business visa until the after all application information was submitted. The application was sent to Washington DC, rejected, then forwarded to Chicago for processing.”

“I’ve never had such a terrible time with visaHQ. I’ve been two months trying to get a visa to Russia and a passport finally got it and now it’s at Fed ex in the truck I expressly told Victoria do not let them delivered to my address hold it at the office so now I’ll be chasing my visa for another three or four days trying to get it out of the Fed ex system. FedEx is very incompetent in my neighborhood and I’m not home to sign. If you want to improve your service . I can give you more details if you call me but I’m not even gonna waste my time writing anymore.I missed my daughter’s birthday because of you”

“Well sadly I lost my money today as the Ghanaian Embassy has no dealings with you. I would not recommend using VisaHQ for Visas to enter Ghana.”
