“Overall, the experience with VisaHQ has been very easy and intuitive. Their online application process is intuitive and streamlined. I have used them for years and have never had a single issue or problem. The only suggestion is to make it obvious where to upload supporting documents and materials. That took a little bit of hunting to find. Everything else has been great!”

“I think I had to use the service for the Mongolia visa, that said Natalia knew exactly what was needed and made sure I didn’t waste time submitting my forms just before the Mongolian office went on annual leave and without a vital extra bit of paper, likely saved me a couple of weeks in my overall process as I got my Russian visa sorted in the meantime”

“Service was good but it was not initially clear that there would be a lead time to get the invitation paperwork followed by the physical visa. Overall the time was ~7 working days. Also I understand that it is possible to get a 2 year multiple entry visa but this option was not available on the website.”

“Quick, efficient and excellent service. A bit expensive, especially with shipping charges. If no other option, this is the service to use, but only if you can’t do it yourself, I.e., e-visas that don’t require a personal visit to the country’s embassy.”
