“Having used another heavily advertised agency and paid top dollar for concierge service they failed miserably I didn’t have high hopes for visa hq. But to my surprise they came through with the goods, kept in touch did what was needed at a very good price. Hey are also persistent with slow moving embassies. I will definitely use this company as my preferred option in future. No question about it”

“Very simple and hassle free process and good support from the contact person. Only, your interface with Blue Dart needs to improve, as they did not come for collection of documents and also finally delivered my passport to the wrong address.”

“I applied for an indian visa and was told it will take 7-10 business days. They received the documents on the 5th but they’re saying it’ll be out on the 30th of December. This is terrible as I urgently need to go there. If I had known I wouldn’t have submitted my passport in the first place as now I’m stranded.”

I have spoken to Maria regarding your order and have been informed that your submission appointment was scheduled for December 10, as nothing was available prior to that date. As per her emails to you, the process can take up to 15 business days once submission is complete. Due to the upcoming holidays, this means the visa may not be issued until December 30. “I am a grandmother visiting Australia who is going on a cruise to New Caledonia. I came to your office to have a visa done on my behalf. I was looked after by Carlos who was patient, courteous and very professional both in his knowledge and manner. I found the staff at your Sydney office very friendly and pleasure to deal with.
