Hello Account Name: Rose Brasher I am a recent customer with VisaHQ, and I have had a terrible and expensive experience. From unexpected expenses to miscommunication to bent and irreparably damaged documents (MA diploma), it has been negative since I first clicked on the pay now option. Authenticated documents: MA diploma, State background check Step 1: Pay $79.00 X 2(documents) = $158.00 for document authentication processing (VISHQ processing fees) Step 2: Pay $8.00 X 2(documents) = $16.00 for processing at US State Department Step 3: Pay $74 for one day shipping (Fedex fees). Originally quoted for $50 (agreed to paying this price before processing but had to pay an unexpected $24 more.) Unexpected Total: $251 (agreed to pay $227 originally) Estimated processing date October 5, 2018 (Their message: The documents should be ready on 10/05/2018) Step 4: Contact VisaHQ via email to inquire about the whereabouts of my parcel. VisaHQ replied with message stating that my inquiry would be addressed the following Monday (originally emailed them on Saturday October 6th) Step 5: Asked about why documents were taking so long and inquired if it could be sent to be further authenticated at the Chinese Embassy since it was taking so long. (said yes it could be done but i would have to pay $124 additionally) Step 6: Ignore email because ridiculous to ask to pay $124 after already paying $251 and not yet receiving my overdue documents. Step 7: Wait several days and call to inquire as to why I had still not received my parcel. Informed that my documents were currently at the embassy and that I need to pay $25 for embassy fees and pay $99 for VisaHQ processing fees BEFORE they would ship my documents back to me. Step 8: Reluctantly and furiously pay the $124 total in unexpected fees (was going to mail to embassy for FREE). Step 9: After paying a grand total of $375 I wait 15 DAYS (order placed and shipped October 1 and received October 16) before finally receiving my notarized documents. Step 10: Inspect documents. Background check was fine. MA diploma was FOLDED IN HALF with a crease that cannot be removed. It was my original diploma and can likely not be replaced. Step 11: Recap terrible experience in comment section of website... NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!! You think you pay for convenience and for bypassing the mailing processing times, but in the end you pay $375 for something that would have taken the same amount of processing time for free.

It's a money making agency. Not concerned with customers requirements. Totally agent network systems. Take advantage of embassy who are not dealings with visitors directly or can't applying visa online.

I didn’t receive my passport because #VisaHQ sent it to an incomplete address and marked an incorrect mobile number on the #auspost envelope. I spent hours following up with auspost and correcting the address and number and requesting them to deliver it to the right address. It shows VisaHQ has no procedures in place to check its out-going mail, labelling of such important and critical documents. I am not happy with the careless way they have managed something so important as someone’s passports and left it for me to manage this fiasco whereas it should have been them who should have done the follow up and kept me in the loop. Such service is unacceptable and I won’t be recommending VisaHQ to anyone moving forward.

No doubt the person who answered my call was friendly and was able to remember how many times I called in but still, nobody returned a call to me as per my request. After placing my order for the visa, I do not receive any confirmation email and I have to keep chasing for someone to call me back on my enquires. Service fees were so expensive and yet no follow up, my first and my last time using Visahq!

The customer service is pathetic. And the person on the phone makes you feel, why did I ever call these guys!? These guys don't have any patience at all to explain any thing. I would not recommend this to any one. It is probably better you use any other service or apply the visa directly at the embassy yourself rather than paying money to these people.

I will not recommend this service/company to anyone. I have requested for a refund as the website has mislead me to think that I can apply for a Switzerland visa overnight. However upon payment and documents submissions, a VisaHQ representative contacted me and told me that I have to submit all the documents in person. For this reason, I have asked for a full refund. The company representative told me that the refund process will take 4-6 weeks; this is the 8th week and I have not received my refund nor heard back from the company since. Horrible customer service.

DON'T USE PERIOD!!! I sent in my passport 4 months in advance for 4 visas and looking up the timeline for each visa it would take 3 months so that gave them 1 extra month to get it done and my passport back to me. The last visa said it would be done the 21st then got changed to 22nd I called all I got was the runaround of it will be done today then the next day it will be done today. It's now the 27th and still getting the same runaround. Every day I told them I was leaving the 28th but nothing has been done about it and now my trip is wasted since I don't have my passport to even go the countries I do have a visa for.

I have filled up an online application for my husband to travel to Egypt and it was very clear that he is an Egyptian with Canadian Passport and since his Egyptian Ids were expired he will need to apply for an entry visa for only 3 weeks and there were questionnaire as part of the application asking is this is a first time to Egypt and what nationality he is and so on so forth so the visa clerk will be able to figure out what visa entry he would need in this case and they charged us $111 and asked to receive a copy of the Canadian passport and mentioned that the visa is in the process, they knew the travel date which is 19th of Aug and that my husband booked his ticket and in the same day of the flight night they sent an email to him saying that they won't be able to issue him the visa as he will need to change his flight date and that was too late to say that as he was boarding already and when he told them he is boarding now they said back sorry but your visa will take about 7 business days to be issued and that they will do their best to get it done by the date of the arrival to Egypt which is Aug 21st morning then they sent another email saying that they did all researches and found out that since he is an Egyptian citizen already he can take an entry visa at the airport upon arrival for $25 only and they refunded the amount and deducted 50% of the procesing fees which is about $40 with no proper explanarions and when I raised the issue to one of the visa counsellors the answer was very negative saying that this is procedure and that they won't be able to refund the full amount and I see it a rip off!!!!!!!!!!!! which definately would not recommend anyone to take the risk and trust these guys to process their visa becuase there going to be a hidden cost involved.

I had the most horrible experience from this company. They charged me for nothing. I was not delivered what I was promised. I paid and whatever 'guidance' I was provided actually messed up my chance to visit my family for a year at least. They are neither accepting their flaws nor providing a refund. I'd strongly suggest against using their service if you want to have a trip anywhere.
