“very bad service, i have applied 2 of my collogue visa for kuwait, when i have applied visa they assured me that you will get visa but after 2 days they have informed that your visa got rjected,while appling the visa they have taken 740 aed from me and they have not return me anything , later on i came to know that visa charge only 40 AED if it is approved if not then no need to pay anything.”

“THEY WILL LOSE YOUR PASSPORT. They will avoid answering your question. I have proof. I have called them several times almost everyday, and they avoid your phone call. STAY AWAY FROM THEM unless you want to ruin your trip. Look at my photo proof. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.”

“I have a hard time with computers and not very good with scanning and copying and pasting and such so it is a huge relief to have Visa HQ help me through the process. They were very thorough making sure that my approval would be good the first time around . And very patient with me and my struggles . And their communication is second to none . I use them every time I travel and I will continue to do so.”

“This company is BAD, they took $700.00 from me for Visas for my wife and me, we got nothing from them, except you can use a credit for future use. Yea, right, why would I do that when you never delivered our visas, or the requested refunds. We argued via email over and over, you are a bad company! AVOID doing business with this company.”
