“This is the worst service I ever had with applying for a refund I was applying for more than a month now. First they have cancelled my appointment without me knowing it. And now they are giving me a hard time getting my money back!!!! Don't ever use them at all!!!!”

“You have to go to VFS yourself with the documents. Currently VFS is taking walk ins - no appointments for Croatia - but visa hq staff had no idea about it. Also said wold only give documents info if i applied through them. Not very impressed!”

“It's always lovely for a company that you can actually speak to and upfront know the information unlike other visa companies, even the embassy does not pick up!!. Though there was no visa applications available for me, I was able to look around the website and check other countries I can visit to. Thank you Sharmine”

“I was applying for a visa to Sweden from the UK. The process is broken, they were sitting ducks 3 weeks promising that we are looking for a visa appointment. After I asked them multiple times about the progress they always replied with a template email that they are still in process of getting an appointment. Eventually, they cancelled my visa process and refunded the amount (still waiting for the return). So in the end wasted 3 weeks and processed the visa on my own by booking it through the embassy. I would never recommend the service as they waste a lot of time and energy.”
