“The visa process is tedious and frustrating for sure. Having said that Janice wqs very responsive and pro-active on making sure that I submitted the correct information and kept me informed right up until the visa was approved”

“The process was very difficult. Nothing is explained and the process took several months. In the past, it was easy and very quick but now that the person that was there before is no longer with the company, the new people I have had to deal with were not helpful at all. I won't be using them again.”

“I've applied for a visa and the whole process was made quite easy by VisaHQ. Great support, readily available for any questions. I'd say it would have taken longer to go through without VisaHQ. Must say I had no specific dates in mind, so there was no rush. We were still able to go through it all in about a month and the actual reason was due to interview scheduling not having available slots sooner, so nothing VisaHQ could really have done in such a scenario.”

“My VISA was approved on 9/25/23 and it was issued on 10/02/03 at 5:33pm after numerous calls. My flight was 10/03/23 and I had been calling for over a week checking on the status of my VISA. Do we have an alternative !”

“VisaHQ Ottawa does not deserve one star, but there was no option for no stars. The Ottawa office failed at every turn. from failing to provide the three processing service advertised, to providing updates to their own team members to pass on to me. it was not possible to receive up to information until threatened with litigation. A number of delivery timelines were promised, none fulfilled. This cost me a contract, plus thousands dollars in expenses. words such as " priority " " customer service " or the company core values advertised on recordings mean nothing. I will never do business with them again”

“I used the VisaHQ based in Malaysia. The link was introduced to me by a friend. I was in Thailand on holiday before realising I need to apply for visa to Egypt. It took 7 working days. Thank goodness I received it before leaving for the airport to Cairo as I was told to have it printed out. Thank you for service and guidance.”
