“The website states I need a visa to enter a country, I emailed the company for further details and was told they don’t know what to do. Was told to call the embassy or the cruise line, a truly useless service, save you time and money.”

“I have used this visa service multiple times for many different countries and they always come through promptly and efficiently. Ask for their customer service supremo Angel Pantaleon. He is a truly caring and highly professional individual who follows up every day in a personal capacity to make sure your visa application is filled out correctly and that it is submitted promptly. Angel is a kind gentleman who will make you smile that there still are good guys out there who truly care about the customer's satisfaction, not do it just because "it's his job." Highly recommend this service. Follow their instructions to the tee and you will get your visa on time.”

“Very disappointing. Cannot recommend. This is a case of buyer beware. I applied for a Morocco visa through them in UK . Over 14 days, no reasons were given for the delay in processing. Collected 140 pounds undefinable. Total disappointment.”

“Useless, tried to use them to apply for a visa to Honduras and I knew more than they did. Was told to just wait for them to update their website - a month later and they've still not updated their website and my trip has since passed. Used their online chat service too which took two hours to have a conversation that went round in circles and didn't help one bit. They still have incorrect information on their website stating that UK residents don't need a visa to go to Honduras.”
