“I got a visa on time, but only after insisting the visa application was posted over a week after I applied. Had I not, the hopeless attempts of the couriers to hand an application over would have failed. Lovia was helpful, but inflexible and took a lot of persuasion to change her process.”

“I would have been helpful to be sent the postal priority tracking number by email as the post office lost my visa and passport for several days. Thankyou to Peter at VISAHQ for tracking the number down for me when I called.”

“I applied for my visa on the 10th Dec...one that should have only taken 3-5 days... my trip is on the 6th of Jan? It says it is being processed. I called an operator who told me it should have been done by now...I am starting to panic as I feel it's not going to reach me in time... This is not a good way to start a holiday. If this does not arrive in time i will be seeking advice as i have given this company enough time. Graham williams.”

“I'm so deeply disappointed with the level of support and service that I have received. I have chosen you to make sure I won't have to worry or chaise up anything, and how wrong I was. I ended up calling you and emailing every day as there was very little or vague information. It says 2-5 days to receive visa - my agent applied for my visa after 10days of application(7working days) !After many attempts to contact her she just replied that she applied for visa when I asked why the process is so delayed her response was 'The visa will be valid for 30 days that's why it have been submitted in December 19 to match your travel dates' , when I responded that visa is granted from the given date in application, the arrival date, not the date from when we apply, she did not respond to that. I'm still waiting for my visa, and all my friends who applied on the very same day got their visas over a week ago, now I'm waiting for any update and instated of being excited about my trip and Xmas, I'm keep refreshing my email and stressing that they won't make it on time due to delays during Christmas period. Way to go to set up a mood for such an amazing trip :(”
