“I was impressed by the clarity of their web site but was more impressed by their customer service. They responded immediately to questions sent by email and kept me informed each step of the way - upon receipt of the documents, when they were delivered to the consulate, when they expected approval, when approval was received and when the docs were sent back to me. That was very much appreciated since my passport was out of my hands.”

“Phenomenal customer service. My folks got stuck in the airport due to newly imposed changes they needed a visa to Mexico. HQ visa team took care of the issue and they got visa within 1hr. I will highly recommend your service to anyone. Once again-thank you very much”

“Off to a rocky start as Peter could not acsess the form for himself, it kept bringing my paperwork up. So one of your team had to fill this in for him which took at east 1.5 hours. Eventually all went well as victoria met us at Russian HQ and the paperwork went good. We now have our passports back and look for to visitringSt Petersburg.”
