“The experience with VisaHQ was good, correspondence person was very helpful and attentive reply the email fast and gave clear instructions. Was very positive with the starting of the process. However the outcome of the process wasn’t very pleasant. Not sure what went wrong, the visa specialist team seems like didn’t really do a proper help with checking the documents. Results my visa has rejected. It’s very disappointing, heartbreaking toward the end of the processing and waiting. The cost is not cheap either and feels like wanting to get a refunds,😅 as per now Still waiting for the next step confirmation of delivery the passport back. Hope it doesn’t have to wait another month. And hoping will get all my documents send back with the passport and there’s a reason why the application was rejected. Will still consider to use visa Hq in the future again. There for thank you for your help. Ps: getting prank by the approval email of the visa wasn’t cool too. 😃”

“Misplaced my passport or may have sent it embassy but no record?? Have had only contact through call centre which is never the same person. Do not recommend this company at all.”

“Took the stress out of getting my passport quickly before a business trip. Michelle was a pleasure to work with and kept me informed throughout the entire process and made sure to follow up and make sure I received my passport.”

“I never like leaving reviews unless the company has blown me away from their service great or awful. This experience unfortunately as been extremely poor. It has been and is very hard to hear my representative and clarity of the communication is very poor. This is my first time getting a passport and I do need it very quickly and this has added so much unnecessary stress to my situation. They currently refuse to make it right. I was referred to this company by a close friend. I have shared my severe disappointments with that individual, not only did they lose one customer. they have lost two. In the future, we will redirect any my references away from VisaHQ.”

“Extremely frustrating experience. Multiple pieces of information were misplaced or I was told not received. Talked to multiple people who all gave me different stories as to requireddocuments. The process was not satisfactory.”

“dear Company i have applied for visa services, however on information that i cant visa in time, i cancelled my request with in 24 hours for which confirmation was also received. the refund has not ben received yet after lapse of 3x weeks.”

“No response for days, both from their Info address as well as an "agent" that contacted me. Unresponsive website - could not see if my documents were downloaded, with no confirmation from VisaHQ either. Took my money very quickly for the application - hope I get a refund.”

“The worst customer service with the South African consultant in George name Pretty. She was not helpful at all and did not inform us that there were initial missing documents. She even blocked my mom. My mom had to then change her flight because she didn’t receive her visa on time. However, thank you to Ross who is part of the team somewhere in the world and he was able to assist us, and we received the visa within two days.”

“By far the worst customer service ever. I have been hung-up on three times. I have to chase the HQVISA customer service team daily for information. Get misinformation (when I can get someone to answer the phone) and as of writing this email, I still have no idea if I am going to get my passport and VISA in time for my trip to China this weekend. If you need a VISA, do not use VISA HQ”
