“I very much appreciated the help of one of your customer service professionals- Carlos. He did an excellent job. I did not appreciate the fact that my university and Conlin Travel have an arrangement that requires me to use their link if I use my university email, even when the travel is personal. That cost me dollars!”

“The experience was great, however i did not get a response on the chat until next day. This is the only thing that can be improved. Other than that the whole experience was very satisfying.”

“Service is fine but very expensive. For a $48 visa we got charged $196. If we knew that we can apply directly to Korean embassy then we would not have come to visa hq. Thanks”
