“No response for days, both from their Info address as well as an "agent" that contacted me. Unresponsive website - could not see if my documents were downloaded, with no confirmation from VisaHQ either. Took my money very quickly for the application - hope I get a refund.”

“The worst customer service with the South African consultant in George name Pretty. She was not helpful at all and did not inform us that there were initial missing documents. She even blocked my mom. My mom had to then change her flight because she didn’t receive her visa on time. However, thank you to Ross who is part of the team somewhere in the world and he was able to assist us, and we received the visa within two days.”

“By far the worst customer service ever. I have been hung-up on three times. I have to chase the HQVISA customer service team daily for information. Get misinformation (when I can get someone to answer the phone) and as of writing this email, I still have no idea if I am going to get my passport and VISA in time for my trip to China this weekend. If you need a VISA, do not use VISA HQ”

“I needed to get visa for visiting Saudi Arabia as Team Chair for accrediting engineering programs in a university. The paperwork reached me late and so I was in a hurry to obtain the visa. VisaHQ was very helpful. The Website of VisaHQ posed a problem though. It is unstable and perhaps untested using customer feedback. So, I had to seek help from VisaHQ staff. I am grateful to the helpful, collaborative, understanding and most effective assistance received from Ms. Brigete Gravino. Had it not been for her help, I would not have been able to apply on time. Wonderful customer service!”
