“Zambian Visa was meant to take 3 to 4 working days. Two weeks later I am still waiting fo my visa and will most likely have to cancel all my bookings because I am meant to travel in a couple of days. The ineptitude of the so called visa expert handling my case is unbelievable. It is quite apparent that youyr emloyee has no clue of what is going on or how to rectify the situation. Sending out a string of e-mails to immigration when the country is on public holiday (2nd and 3rd of July) shows how unfocused your system is. Now my calls are not getting answered. Please maintain intergrity and stop advertising things you can't deliver. I wonder is there is any point in asking for a refund???????Ramona De Silva”

Hi Ramona, We are truly sorry your experience at VisaHQ was not a good one. I would like to personally look into the situation. I need more information from you in order to understand what caused the issues you experienced. “I have been trying to reach one of the consultants and even drop her an email to call me back but have yet to hear from the consultant. Tried calling their hotline number, no one picks up. I have called at least 5 times or more.”
