“You were efficient and informative but sometimes the communication was difficult in terms of timing but also more to do with perhaps the difference of accents when on the phone. The telephone line was a bit hazy and the women I spoke to had an accent I wasn’t very familiar with but other than that she did a great job in getting everything I needed done.”

“Carlos was of great help when I got invoiced twice for the same service...The entire process of eta for NZ was done efficiently. He called me back while I was waiting to get through the long wait on phone. Overall a wonderful experience with VisaHq! Philip”

“Questions were answered promptly and I was notified when the documents arrived at the consulate and were picked up and sent shipping information for the return. It did have a longer turn around time than advertised though.”

Unfortunately, however, our team has no control over processing times and consular requests once applications are delivered to the appropriate embassy or consulate. We do everything in our power to make sure our clients' applications are approved quickly; our estimated processing times are based on information provided by each government agency, but we cannot account for delays on their end. “I had a bit of an issue and Visa HQ owes me a refund also of like R1200. VFS had issues with my paperwork so I had to run around that day to try and get new docs and then rush back to resubmit the paperwork, no one was there to pay for the visa application so I had to repay for the application. Celest helped to get the visa as she contacted someone in the NL or something, but it wasn't a great process and really would try and avoid VisaHQ if I could and rather just process everything myself, I just had to use them as it was a requirement from Uber. As soon as I am back to CT I will send an email to get the refund, however I don't have the account number as its a business corp card, I just have the card details. So honestly I do not know how I am going to do this. As I do not want to be taxed on my payslip cause of the charges and that.. but thank goodness I got my visa on Friday and flew out that very day, even though I had submitted my stuff 2,5 weeks in advance, but the visa place has issues with the booking tool, but I had no idea you could select the premium option or the walk in option as per there website, so a bit annoying. So i know for next time though..”

“I wanted my visa to be processed to visit Bangladesh. The personnel in VisaHQ were very helpful. I like to place my appreciation for the organisation. In particular, I like to mention the very prompt response I got from Ms. Wajeeda Khan in having the work expedited. She was not only prompt, but also followed up the matter to the end to ensure the entire process was complete within a short span of time.”

“pia was very helpful and the process was easy..though i had a situation where i have to withdraw my application she assisted me in what to do and has been very helpful..luckily i got my visa even in a very short time..”

“CARLOS made me feel at ease. He was very understanding , patient. Kind , and knowledgeable in what he does. He went above and beyond the call of his duties I think. He let me know all my options to get this done and in a speedy amount of time. He is an asset to your company. Thank you for having him. You know I can't say this about everyone but I could feel his sincerity. He wanted me to be able to get what I was trying to get. Didn't make me feel like I was wasting his time. Again thank you for having this sincere, kind, patient, and very knowledgeable person to serve me.”

“My application was initiated and put together by Victoria Georgieva and I was served by Fahad Ali on the day of my application at the centre. I was really pleased with their services. Fahad was really prompt, organised and very attentive. Victoria checked all the documents and got them right in order. She always replied to me promptly throughout the process.”
