“Customer service made so many promises of a refund of which never arrived. Every email they replied to, after me chasing the refund , for faulty contact lenses , made pathetic promises,but no delivery of my refund. I even emailed the CEO Michael Kraftman.3 times . Guess what? no reply! Phone calls were made each time 50mins each promising my refund NOTHING ! I am absolutely disgusted with the appalling way I have been treated. I have used this company for years. Not any more. If I could give zero for customer service I would
I still have not recieved my refund even though they keep saying they have paid
But cannot agree on a date it was supposedly made nor give me any evidence of the bank payment
Nor prove which account it was supposedly paid into.
In the end ( this refund was offered to me on October 4th ).I reluctantly accepted a voucher..I insisted I wanted my refund but basically that or nothing. After three months of fighting I gave in”
