“I had my yearly eye test Thursday at the Basingstoke store. Everyone was their normal helpful self. Except Max. Max went above and beyond to help me, gave me an excellent recommendation of a new pair of prescription sunglasses (I’m very indecisive). He was happy, upbeat and more than happy to help. Honestly an amazing member of the team!!”

“Ashok Nagar Vision express is one of the best and great customer service branch across chennai. “My glasses arm was broken The Holborn branch spent time locating another branch to just replace the arm as the Italian supplier was going to take 4 weeks They in-fact replaced the who new frame . Excellent all in two days thank you”

“I’ve been wearing glasses and contact lenses for over 20 years. Today, I had the most amazing experience with Madan of Vision Express in Meadowhall Sheffield. I received some of the best customer service from anywhere. He addressed the issues with professionalism (which could potentially have been overlooked) and answered all the questions that I was thinking even before I could ask- as though he was reading my mind. He showed that he has the customers’ interest at heart. He checked my eyes thoroughly on both visits, with utmost care and attention which I was so pleased to receive. This was the first time I’ve experienced an optician conduct their tests with great care and compassion in such a way. Thank you so much Madan and Vision Express. “Fantastic service from the Burnley store in Tesco . From the 1st phone call to book in Elaine gave me outstanding customer service, getting eyes tested to go in to collect my 2 new pair of glasses Elaine was extremely helpful but was interacting with me as Customer not a number , we had a good old chat very friendly lady as well Mel who serviced me my last pair of glasses , very friendly , Flowers and card for Elaine ,thank you so much ,should be more staff in shops like Elaine and Mel , 😁”

“Outstanding service from the team at Bexhill branch. Following recent surgery I wasn’t feeling too great but they looked after me so well. The optician was thorough and reassuring. My prescription hadn’t changed and the optician kindly cleaned and repaired my existing frames. I didn’t feel under pressure to buy new glasses. I will return.”

“I recently had an eye test ( very efficient young man ). I have to say that from start to finish the service could not have been better. the waiting time for new glasses was very short indeed and the price very reasonable. would not hesitate to use the service in future thanks a lot team.”
