Horrible. Lenses loose in frame Promised refund and told to post them back Now they have gone back on that.

Horrible experience!!!!!!!!!! Their customer service is the worst. They only care about money not about your satisfaction. I bought a sunglasses for my daughter and it was big, they didn’t let me change after 5 minutes

I had an eye test booked but vision express tesco baldock chose to ring me 10 mins before appt to tell me the optician was off sick and no one else available. A wasted journey. I then re booked and chose frames. received a text to tell me they were ready. I looked on website and saw they were open until 7pm. turned up at 6 to find all closed up and no staff despite prominent notice displayed confirming they should be open until 7pm. The most unprofessional shoddy service imaginable who show a complete disregard for customers. Avoid Vision Express Tesco Baldock at all costs Shelagh Disney

I went to Vision Express in Swiss Cottage because they had a great range of frames. I picked the one I loved and thought, while I'm there will get the lenses fitted to them. I wish I had just bought the frame and shopped around for the lenses. (Not the first time I had the same type of lenses, but unfortunately my usual optical shop had to shut down during the second lockdown). At Vision Express, the bill was twice the price I used to pay at my usual optician's. I was silly enough not to stand up and leave. Later on, I called the shop and asked why the bill was so high. The lady explained that shops have different deals with different companies. The lesson to remember from this is, when you find a great frame, get it, shop around, and see if you can find the same type of lenses for a reasonable price.

I purchased an extra package of lens outside of my subscription plan and later I realised that they have charged me both in the shop as well as online (for two months subscription payments). I contacted the customer service and they never get back to me to resolve the issue nor to offer a refund. I don't recommend this company.

Brilliant service from The staff in Keighley... Parveen and her staff go above and beyond to ensure you get an excellent experience. Starting with eye care test to eye test and finally choosing the right frames .. Highly recommended

Waited over 15 minutes for my eye-test. Still no sign of anyone and no-one bothered to apologise or explain that there would be a delay. In the end I left! Vision Express, Basingstoke.

Yes It was a very bad experience. I had made glasses for my wife in Feb 2022. It was frameless. In April 2022 frameless fitting was off. I have given glasses at Sion, Mumbai store for refitting. Now they are not finding the glasses and not able to trace whereabouts. It's pathetic experience, glasses worth 16K are vanished.

Paid thousands for my sons laser eye surgery, they said it would prevent the need for glasses until he reaches the age of 60. Approximately 6 years later he has to wear glasses again. Vision express say pay thousands more and have it redone ... Outrageous. I was disgusted with their response.

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses and spent some time doing so in the petersfield store. My working glasses are fine. I also ordered a pair of sunglasses and spent some time explaining I needed them to read etc. however when they turned up yes I can read but 3 to 4 meters are blurred. I phoned the branch and it was a case of you need long distance but no I don’t as I am fine with that, store response well it’s either long or short. We went round this loop several times and I then gave up , for a total cost of £460 not good at all

Service good , but glasses are not glass , lenses are rubbish and scratch so easy , last me about 2 to 3 months then cant see out of them (foggy ) , i wouldnt mind so much but they not cheap , so will go back to boots .

I visited Vision Express Oxford St on 24th Aprill. I asked, (I think he was the manager) Mark Jamil, about a certain type of frame and his response was unbelievable rude, sarcastic and arrogant. I visited Vision Express at Swiss Cottage and I wld advice this manager to pay them a visit and see staff behaving politely. So if you do visit this shop in Oxford St , approach other staff for a pleasant encounter and avoid Mr Jamil

I had an eye test appointment today and I was extremely pleased with all aspects of my visit to the West Quay store in Southampton. So to give credit to where credit is due I give this review. Firstly I was seen by Adam, a polite, happy, charming and professional person, his energetic happy optimism shone through and he made me feel at ease and cheerful. Secondly I saw the optician Jason, what a wonderful, happy cheerful, friendly personality he has, he went through all my questions with ease and simplicity, what a lovely man. He treated me with care, consideration for my age, never once telling me my symptoms were because of my age! I cannot recommend him more highly, I felt like I had known him for years, what a pleasant gentleman. Lastly I was helped by James, who was very efficient and considerate. I have to say I was considering changing opticians because of previous visits, but have decide to stay with Vision Express solely because of todays treatment, I hope you will recognize the capabilities of these young men and reward them for being so nice and for their professionalism. It makes a pleasant change to be treated as a person, not an object, so please don't change them.

they are nothing but thieves, absolutely ridiculous and non existent customer service i was meant to receive a refund when i canceled my contact lenses scheme as they still took a payment from my bank account after cancelling and its been 3 months now I have been emailing them more than 10 times and called them twice and I still haven't received any refund. don't waste your money for overpriced contact lenses here and if they take a payment from you even by mistake they will NEVER pay you back.

My grand daughter brought me today in my wheelchair and I also have oxygen. The staff Vicki and Mohammed where exceptional towards myself and my grand daughter they couldn’t of been more accommodating and helpful towards us. Absolutely lovely store and staff. Would recommend to anyone!!!

Booking the appointment was nice and easy and the optometrist was fantastic, however the reception team all gave me different information when I tried to change my appointment. Also, even after covid, the staff did not wipe down the chin rest and forehead bar before putting my daughter on the machine. When I asked her to wipe it, she said they always do it after the patient leaves, but I have worked in optics and these things should be wiped down in front of the patient, otherwise the patient has no way of knowing that it has been done. Even the staff member doesn't know if the previous colleague wiped it down.
