“Vitabox has made a great impression on us. Our expectations have gone down lately for online shopping and deliveries, but Vitabox renewed our hope for a good shopping experience. They have excellent prices and did an outstanding job of protecting and packaging our order so that our items arrived in perfect condition. Quick shipping too, plus I can use PayPal. Exceeded all our expectations! We will definitely make Vitabox a frequent online stop to shop!”

“I was looking for a microwave heating pad and it was like 40$ on Amazon and only 20$ on vita box. I was skeptical about the website but I order it anyway and used PayPal to be careful. I got my stuff perfect and fast.”

“I can’t buy the scotch brute dish sponges on the sponge handle right now, I’m guessing cause of covid. I went online and found them and vita box got them to me very quickly with great service. I highly recommend them. Will use them again.”

“I am IMPRESSED with the customer service I have received from Vitabox. My first order was delivered two days after it was placed. I couldn't believe it. Then they sent me a free shipping on my next order. Same thing.... ordered on a Tuesday and received on a Thursday in the same week!!! Nothing special with the shipping... just regular mail. Prices are very good as well!”

“Fastest service ever!! I ordered two mini address books and received them in just a couple of days...from Ohio to Texas!! I actually received two different colors which I was hoping to get as there was no way to specify. I was very pleased with the selection and service. I will use them again!!”

“I am 100% happy with my order. I did have a glitch using their website, but they responded promptly, and it was smooth sailing from there. My entire order was received in a couple of days, it was correct, and nothing was damaged. Their prices are very competitive, and since I also qualified for free shipping, I feel that I got one heck of a deal! No complaints from me!”

“I ordered a total of 26 EOS spheres (2 colors) for my daughter's baby shower. 1 color came correct the other was a packaging change from manufacturer. Vitabox is in my area so 1 of the founders actually delivered more of the other color to my house! NOW THAT IS SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!”
