“4/02/2024 I purchased (3) Exfoliating "Body Benefits by Body Image" bath poufs. During COVID they disappeared and cannot be found in stores near me. They were twice the cost they were in stores but I like them so much that I still found the price reasonable. Pros: Body Benefits are the best bath poufs whether exfoliating or gentle, stays compacted/ tight (doesn't poof out of control), exfoliates skin smooth and rinses out well. Ordering, shipping and delivery was very good. Cons: Received (3) substituted items, not Body Benefits poufs. See pic w/tag of items that "I ordered." Never mentioned anywhere in product description that they "substitute items". NOT good business ethics and "fraud by deception". I sent an email to VITABOX and let them know of my displeasure w/pic attached of items I "received" w/tag "Freeman". They apologized and said they would refund my money w/o returning items. That is what they should do. These poufs seem similar, but I will not know until I use one and see if they work as well and hold up. If you can get the "original Body Benefits by Body Image poufs", snatch them up! Will I order from this company again, uncertain. TBD.”
