I do find the user experience in ordering management of subscriptions cumbersome and confusing.I do believe the verbiage or something in the UI is off with that and I have had to call customer service for help after the system wouldn’t cooperate.”

“I have been a subscriber for many years, drinking one cup of Genius coffee each morning. I like the taste and like that I am getting some D vitamins as well as the other beneficial additives. I called customer service asking for a sample of the new decaf product you advertised to be sent with my regular order. I was told no sample. I expressed my disappointment. The. Rep then explained why she couldn’t do that—I would have to buy a whole box to try. I immediately wrote back asking for her to add a box to my order. Two days later she wrote back that it was too late and I would have to wait for her to add it to my next month delivery. Why couldn’t she send it separately? So my review: product is 5-star wonderful; customer service-1 star.”
