“good but with delays”

Thank you for your feedback. I can see your last order was in 2018 and was for Russian documents. They were a real struggle back then, especially getting the archival letter. The whole process in Russia has become a bit more efficient so hopefully the delays you experienced aren't there anymore.

“Chris Miller doesn't have a customer-focused approach. I was a repeat customer, and I asked for a repeat discount. VC informed me that the voucher was sent with your certificate, and you can use the voucher for the discount. However, because my documents were sent directly to my prospective employer, I never received the voucher, and Chris was not willing to consider this fact. I was very disappointed with their service.”

Thank you for taking the time to give your feedback Emad. Having reviewed your order I can see that the discount was offered if you could produce the discount voucher that was sent. This voucher is essential for our internal auditing and unfortunately as your prospective employer had misplaced your voucher we were unable to provide the discount. I am sorry that you feel that this indicates a lack of customer service on our part.

You'll be glad to know that in the last 3-4 years we have implemented numerous systems and policies to ensure that we attend to every client in a timely manner and if this is not the case then the team member in question has to explain why. We take customer service very seriously and are constantly looking for ways not to just provide a service but to exceed expectations every time.
