“Pribi from Vital Cerificates was very responsive. However the timeline I was given was completely off. It took an additional month (if not longer) than the 45-50 business days that was mentioned for all the documents to be finalized. I have mixed feelings about the whole experience. Some of the staff, namely Pribi, were very polite and responsive while others were quite impatient and brash. I want to give a higher rating but based on the overall experience it would be halfway for me.”
