Thank you Rachael for taking the time to leave your review. I have checked your order to see why there were delays and it seems that we dispatched your order earlier than initially quoted. The service you opted for was a 75-85 working day process plus an additional 5-7 working days for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stamp to be applied. With MoFA the expected date for processing was 15th March 2024 and we dispatched to you on the 29th February 2024. In regards to the updates I am sorry there were no regular updates but with the USA attestation the process that takes the longest is the first stage. Once this has been done the Embassy takes around 1-2 weeks. I do hope the above has helped place your mind at ease.

“Takes way too long and not responsive on updates at all, also very expensive, I thought I spend 2600 on premium services, ends up 6month for attesting degree. True Canadian government is slow, however my friend who started after me got her attestation earlier with another agency at a much lower price”

“The customer service experience throughout the process was good, Toby did a great job keeping me up to date throughout the process and chasing people accoridnly. Unfortunely, I was not impressed with the timescales, the duration of my process did not align with the timeframe. I was constantly reminded that the timescales were out of Vitals control. However what was frustrating was I sent my first certifcate to them on the express service which arrived to them on the 27th December. I sent a second certifcate on the standard service which arrived to their office on the 8th January. My first certificate completed the process on the 29th January (not inclduing delivery), compard to my second certificate which completed the process on the 23rd January. No one could explain to me how the second certifcate completed the process prior to the first certifcate, espcially after paying for an express service. This delay impacted by visa process. Maybe I was unlucky, but this delay caused additional stress to my move.”

Thank you Oliver for taking the time to leave your review. I am sorry you are feeling a little aggrieved with the processing times. I know it has been mentioned previously but unfortunately once we submit documents to the UAE Embassy they process them at their own speed. When we advise processing times we can only go on what has happened previously with the Embassy. Once your documents had been completed at the Foreign Office they were submitted to the Embassy straight away. Once with the Embassy we have no way of checking on the process or when a document will be returned. Since Covid the Embassy will not allow any in person submissions or collections so we have to wait until they send documents back to us. I know this can be frustrating and I apologise for that. We hoped the refund would go some way of an apology.

When you were initially quoted in October the processing time frames you were issued were 60-75 working days. This timeframe starts from when we have everything required for the process. Unfortunately we did not receive a letter required to initiate the process until January so this is when the 60-75 working days starts from. The team have advised you that your order should be completed at DIRCO the first week of April. I am sorry that you feel this has taken longer than expected but we are processing your paperwork as quickly as humanly possible.

“The process for me took 3 months in total and I incurred costs as a result for loss of documents and Visa renewal which I had to pay for as a result of using this service. The situation was handled better towards the end but the communication and way it was handled upfront was very poor.”

Thank you Thomas for taking the time to leave your review. I am sorry for the circumstance that surrounded your order. Unfortunately when the Department of Foreign Affairs in Ireland sent your document back to the UK team by In post which is their mailing system. This did not get received and the tracking reference that the team received was incorrect. The operations manager called the DFA daily trying to ascertain what had happened and where the document was. At this point we did inform you of the situation and offered to pay for your replacement certificate and once it arrived we would process that certificate on the urgent service at no cost. We refunded your for your re issue certificate and gave you a full refund for the process that we did not manage to fulfil. A short time later the missing document then arrived with our UK team so the attestation could be fulfilled. I am very sorry for this but unfortunately this was out of out hands and once the issue was recognised we rectified it the best we could. We would love to work with you again in the future if there was ever a need.
