Having reviewed the e-mail conversation it would appear the delay happened when we e-mailed on the 9th of December requesting a delivery address for your document but never received a response because, as you mention on the 17th, you never received our e-mail. I can also see that we arranged delivery that same day. We do our very best to keep track of all the ongoing orders; sorry that on this instance you feel we didn't manage to achieve this.

“Did exactly what they told me they’d do and what document and copies they’d give me along the way. Kept me regularly informed. I think I received my document before the ETA too. Takes about 3 weeks in total if from Europe. And customer service is great.”
