“I purchased the Zen 2 person Far Infrared sauna through appliances online. Fast delivery and a great price. Assembly was very easy. Did it on my own but would be easier with two people. My wife and I have been using the sauna almost daily now for several weeks and absolutely love it. It takes about 12 minutes to heat up and after a 30 minute sauna, I am dripping with sweat. Definitely feeling the health benefits. The unit is good quality and a good price. Easily fits two adults comfortably and everything works as it should. I am very happy with it and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good quality sauna without all the expensive and unnecessary bells and whistles. It's easy to build and you can just plug it in to a standard socket and you're good to go.”

“I have been using the Hydrogen Health Water bottle for the passed 2 months and it has NOT changed anything in my body or life, don't buy this product, it's just an expensive glass water bottle with a light. SCAM!”

“Warning! Sold me a dodgy product and still no refund 2 years laterWe bought a Foldable Pro Pilates Reformer which was faulty. They made us do all the trouble shooting and to be their technical advisers and work out what was wrong for them. It took over a year for them to act and then after many complaints and without warning the shipped another one to my old address. Luckily the new owners let me know. We picked it up and guess what?! This had the same fault. Again the saga of trying to get them to act. We had shipped back the first one. They tried to make us pay for delivery but as it was faulty this is against consumer law and we told them there was no way it was legal for them to make us pay. They eventually sent me the second RTS paperwork to courier that one back. This was retimed middle of 2023. I have sent multiple emails and requests for my refund to no avail. Run away. This company sells dodgy products and doesn’t refund or rectify according to consumer law”

“Awful. Broke straight away. Such a pain to sort out. Not a cheap machine. Now I have to find a box to post it back. The manufacturer hasn’t gotten back to me (after a couple attempts-waterlovers avoid that one as well) and this company claim the machine is a product Recall. I’ve found no evidence of that online. Ill be avoiding in the future.”

“Purchased juicer with 5yr on parts, 10year on motor. The auger split into two and mesh plastic cap snapped within warranty but vitality4life simply refuses to warrant .. because "natural wear and tear".. well duh I used the Juicer, biochef synergy. Avoid this scamming company that refuse to honour warranty.”

“Well first time I ordered you would not accept my payment, all funds were clear to go!! Not received my goods yet, maybe a hold up on deliveries, even though I have received an email saying it’s on its way, and now I receive this survey yo do, with no goods as yet!! Also why are the design of parts changed, I only wanted a juicer part, but have had to order a new drum also, costing me more than I anticipated. But anyway, if you want to send me another survey when I do receive my goods, I will be glad to answer your survey, hoping all the parts fit my machine.”

“I needed a spare part as I chipped it to my juicer. It’s fabulous vitality 4 life Australia not only sells the machines, but parts too to maintain the products longevity. Their service was amazing. I was kept informed every step of the way after I ordered, which was exceptional. Communication made me feel supported and valued. I’m grateful for them supplying free shipping also.
