I initially had some problems with delivery but received the product in the end. The only problem with the bullet type blender is that it doesn't handle dried fruits like cranberries, raisins, dates etc very well. I'm not sure why, maybe because the blades are not sharp?
All in all a good product which I have used daily since receiving it.
