“Les jus sont délicieux. L'appareil est beaucoup plus silencieux qu'une centrifugeuse. Il est tres bien conçu, facile à utiliser, mais la partie supérieure est un peu dure à dévisser après utilisation parfois, comme si elle faisait "ventouse" avec le bol.”

“Given some difficulties with the transporter, I did received a quick response and a very professional treatment of my concern. However the book contained in the package was damage. Given the fact it was a present and quite expensive I regret that the wrapping of this element had been missed by your services. Given the satisfaction of the person receiving it as a present I can rate my satisfaction for your service as more than acceptable. Sincerely. AZ”

“The online chat for help was really good and helped me take my decision. However I was a bit disappointed when receiving my product, as the box looked like it was opened before (the main opening was ripped and the two boxes inside containing the elements where also deformed. It looked like the boxe had been sent to someone else before. Looking at the high price of the Atlas Whole, it felt a bit weird...”

“L'extracteur de jus est tres efficace et donne des jus delicieux. L'appareil a un joli design. Juste un petit bemol concernant la commande et la livraison : ne souhaitant être livrée à mon domicile car les livreurs laissent les colis n'importe où, j'avais demandé la livraison en relais colis. Or le lieu indiqué près de chez moi, a refusé de prendre un colis de chronopost. Vous n'avez jamais cherché à me joindre sur mon portable or vous aviez mes coordonnées. ...et le colis est donc reparti en Grande Bretagne! ! Après une attente de 8 jours de plus j'ai pu enfin profiter dd cet appareil. Une autre remarque : il y a apparemment un bol pour faire les sorbets. J'aurai bien aimé pouvoir l'acheter en meme temps. Or vous ne le specifiez pas sur le site ??? Cordialement”

“Bonjour j'ai acheté un extracteurde jus biochef en 2017. Tout allait bien mais hier bugg. Impossible de démonter l'appareil pour le nettoyer car le bloc avec le réceptacle, le filtre et la vis sans fin sont coincés. Je suis très ennuyée si vous pouvez me dire comment procéder.
