“Vitality 4 Life provided excellent customer service when it was apparent my gift with purchase was missing from the package (they promptly sent it); and when the machine had a fault, they were extremely quick to provide a replacement machine (the next day) as well as collect the old one. Very happy with the online quick chat feature as well.”

“Recently we bought a dehydrator where we are very happy with. However I have some reservations: we bought a blender from Vitality 4 Life and the blender stopped working after about one and a half years. We got the blender replaced without any problems, so that was very positive. However when the replacement blender operates it has a melting plasticy smell. First I thought that may be because it's a new machine, but now the melting plastic smell is still there as soon as we operate the machine. We make sure there is as little load on the machine as possible, we run it only with the 35 second button and let it then cool down, but still I have the feeling something is not quite right with the blender.”

“Would.have given 5 stars, however when I gave positive feedback on delivery but said you only included one baking sheet instead of two as advertised you failed to acknowledge this. Don't know if I would trust your bonus offers again.”
