“Well. I asked some month ago to be informed when the product will be available again. Just discovered by coming back to your website as I started to find that too long. Then tracking details doesn't correspond to the courrier website. A link that goes directly to our order will be highly appreciated.”

“I find the Biochef Axis good to use. What would have been helpful was more instructions. During my first usage I ended up wiith the machine clogging up, Having a comprehensive You Tube video with the do's and don'ts of what order you put the produce in would be great. I also find cleaning the fine strainer quite hard to do even when using the brush. Other than that it works very well.”

“Marble heater is slimline so can fit into small areas. Was a tad strong smell when it first started so am airing it for awhile. Plug did get warm so will use an extension cord to keep away from main socket.”

“I brought oscar juicer neo after my first oscar juicer died after 20 years. It's good and easy to clean, makes heaps of juice from not a huge amount of vegetables/fruits. The juicing part jiggles in the body more than the original juicer but is longer and has syphon technology that acts as a filter to the juice and can be adjusted for differing levels of desired pulp. So no mesh strainer to clean.”

“the juicer I bought was the best on the market could juice celery it was so good but really I got sick of unclogging the spout the fibres tangles up and stuck and as celery was the main thing to juice I was totally disappointed and have not used it since.”
